What do I need to do to join the DARTSLIVE OFFICIAL LEAGUE?

First of all, please submit an entry.


I want to know darts terms used for the DARTSLIVE OFFICIAL LEAGUE.

◆LEAGUE
This is a team competition where multiple teams compete in the round robin format. Each TEAM competes against all the other teams at HOME & AWAY venues.

◆SEASON
A period of time to complete all MATCHES.
A LEAGUE consists of several SEASONS.
Before each SEASON begins, we will be asking for a submission of TEAM Entry Application.

◆DIVISION
When there are many TEAM entries, those TEAMS are divided into several groups and within that group, TEAMS compete against each others in the round robin format.
These groups are called DIVISIONS.
A SEASON ends when all scheduled MATCHES for all DIVISIONS are completed.

◆MATCH
This is a set of GAMES played at a LEAGUE Shop on a LEAGUE day.

◆GAME
GAME POINTS are awarded to the winner of the GAME such as 501, CRICKET, MEDLEY and etc. The term "GAME" in the DARTSLIVE OFFICIAL LEAGUE situation describes each competition held between 2 TEAMS on a LEAGUE day and results of these GAMES determine the MATCH winner on each LEAGUE day.

◆GAME POINTS
GAME POINTS are awarded to the winner of the GAME and are given to both TEAM and participating players.

How long is one LEAGUE SEASON?

The length of SEASON varies depending on the number of TEAMS and MATCH SCHEDULE.
Please contact your ENTRY SHOP for details.

How are the team rankings in a season decided?

Rankings are based on the cumulative points of games and bonus in a season. If teams have the same cumulative points, followings are considered in the order for the ranking decision.

1.The team with more number of games won will be ranked higher.
2.The team with less number of games won will be ranked higher.
3.The team with more number of legs won will be ranked higher.
4.The team with less number of legs won will be ranked higher.

About LEAGUE Registration Card

Do I need to buy a new DARTSLIVE MEMBERS CARD to join the LEAGUE?

You do not need to buy a new DARTSLIVE CARD.
The card you are using for regular play can also be used for LEAGUE Entry.
Please see here for CARD Registration Requirements.

If I transfer the data from a card registered with the LEAGUE to a new card, can I continue participating in the LEAGUE?

Yes, you can continue participating in the LEAGUE.
※Please be aware that the original card becomes unusable.

About TEAM Entry Application

Can I enter the LEAGUE from any shops where DARTSLIVE machines are installed?

Entry is available only at the shop where the MATCH to be held.

How many TEAM MEMBERS can be registered?

Minimum of 1 and maximum of 20 MEMBERS can be registered to each TEAM.

Are there any specific requirements for the card to be registered for the LEAGUE?

A card which has satisfied the following requirements can be used to participate in the LEAGUE.
The card holder knows the PIN Number to access the DARTSLIVE MEMBERS CARD PAGE.
You can join only one TEAM of the LEAGUE.

Can I change TEAM MEMBERS after TEAM Entry Application is submitted?

You can add or remove Members.
Please speak to your LEAGUE Entry Shop staff when adding Members to your TEAM or removing Member from your TEAM.
* Please note that Member addition may not be permitted depending on LEAGUE regulations.

I have submitted a TEAM Entry Application. How can I check whether the TEAM has been registered or not?

When a TEAM is registered in the DARTSLIVE OFFICIAL LEAGUE, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address(es) of the members who have a DARTSLIVE account.
Members with no DARTSLIVE account will need to consult members that have an account.
The TEAM registration process may take some time.
If you do not receive an e-mail from us by a certain period of time, please check with your TEAM LEADER or ENTRY SHOP.

【You have a DARTSLIVE account and your TEAM has registered successfully, but the confirmation e-mail hasn’t arrived.】
E-mail transmission may have failed for some reason.
Please check the following:

◆The e-mail may be in your junk folder.
Our e-mail may be treated as junk mail. Please check your junk folder.

◆Have you registered the correct e-mail address?
Go to “Account Settings” in your CARD PAGE and check your registered e-mail address.

◆Check the block settings of the registered e-mail address.
If you have applied a "Domain Block"(※) or a "Specific Address Block"(※) to your e-mail address, please change the settings to allow e-mail transmission from "dartslive.com".
Please refer to your e-mail service manual to change your e-mail block settings.
※E-mail block may be called by a different name depending on your e-mail service.

About the LEAGUE MENU

Can I change the information that is already registered?

If you wish to change the information you have submitted, such as team name or player name, contact the league administrator or the entry shop.
※Some Leagues may not allow changes due to their rules.

RATING and STATS in the LEAGUE MENU are not the same as the information in the DARTSLIVE CARD MEMBERS PAGE. Why?

As the calculation of RATING and STATS in the LEAGUE MENU are based solely on the results of the LEAGUE games, these figures are different from the ones in the CARD PAGE.
The RATING and STATS displayed in the DARTSLIVE OFFICIAL LEAGUE PAGE of the PC website are used for RANKING in the LEAGUE PAGE, AUTO HANDICAP and RATING restrictions during the LEAGUE MATCHES and etc.

Will LEAGUE GAME Results be reflected in the regular CARD Data?

Yes, they will be reflected in the regular CARD Data.
LEAGUE GAME Results will be recorded in the Match History and also affect the RATING.
On the other hand, game results other than the ones from LEAGUE GAMES will not be reflected in the LEAGUE Data.

On the LEAGUE Day

When do we decide the team roster?

Insert card(s) in DARTSLIVE2 before the start of each GAME and confirm the team roster.

What shall we do if an opponent team cannot come to the LEAGUE Shop at scheduled MATCH starting time?

Please follow LEAGUE rules.

◆If you wish to delay MATCH starting time
You don’t need to do anything in particular.
Start the MATCH just like any other day when your opponent TEAM arrives.
※A MATCH can be started anytime 7 days before/7 days after the starting time of the scheduled MATCH.

◆If you wish to apply "MATCH Loss by Default" to the TEAM which can’t come to the Shop
Please operate DARTSLIVE2 according to the instructions given below:
1.Select "LEAGUE" from DARTSLIVE2 Menu.
2.Insert the DARTSLIVE CARD(s) of the participant(s). (LEAGUE Information will be displayed.)
3.Press P4 button for 2 seconds.
4.Select the winning TEAM.

※All GAME POINTS from forfeited MATCH will be added to the TEAM which won by default.

◆To reschedule the MATCH Date by 8 days or longer,
schedule change on the system will be required. Please consult with shop staff.
※You do not have to do anything for any schedule change within 6 days after the original MATCH date.
※Please note that the scheduled match will be unavailable after 7 days of no action, and neither team will receive any point.

TEAM MEMBER does not have DARTSLIVE CARD on the LEAGUE day. Can the person still participate in LEAGUE GAMES?
(MEMBERS forgot to bring cards, lost cards and etc.)

No, they cannot participate in the MATCH.
However, if they transfer data from card(s) registered with the LEAGUE to unused card(s), they are able to take part in the MATCH.
※Please be aware that the original card becomes unusable.

We have selected LEAGUE Menu on DARTSLIVE2 but the MATCH does not start. Why?

Please check the followings:

◆Have you come to the right LEAGUE shop on the right MATCH date?
※A MATCH can be started anytime 6 days before/6 days after the starting time of the scheduled MATCH.
※Scheduled MATCH will be unavailable after 8 days of no action, and neither team will receive any point.

◆Have both TEAM MEMBERS inserted their DARTSLIVE CARDS that are registered in the LEAGUE in the card reader?

◆Have sufficient credits been entered?
※Please note that "the number of credits indicated x 2 teams" are required.

We have inserted DARTSLIVE CARD(S) according to the instruction given in the team roster confirmation screen, but the GAME does not start. Why?

Depending on the LEAGUE, various participation limits/requirements are assigned to each GAME.
Please check the colour of players’ ENTRY NAMES displayed on the screen.
WHITE ⇒ No Problem. This player has satisfied requirements.
RED ⇒ Players’ total RATING has exceeded the upper limit.
GRAY ⇒ The number of cards and/or the number of GAME participation has exceeded the upper limit.

What shall we do if we cannot start the GAME as we do not have enough MEMBERS?

Please confirm the winner according to the LEAGUE rules.

Please operate DARTSLIVE2 according to the instruction given below to apply "GAME Loss by Default".
1.Press P4 button for 2 seconds while the team roster confirmation is appearing on the screen for the game you want to apply "GAME Loss by Default" status.
2.Select the wining TEAM.
3.After the winning TEAM is confirmed, next GAME’s team roster confirmation screen will be displayed. Please continue and complete the MATCH.

Can we change GAME Results (winner/loser)?

If it is immediately after the GAME finish, GAME win/loss result can be modified.

Please operate DARTSLIVE2 according to the instructions given below.
1.Press P4 button for 2 seconds while GAME Results are displayed.
2.Select the winning TEAM.

This function is useful when neither TEAM finishes 01 game and "cork" is used to determine the winner instead of remaining scores.

If you have proceeded to next screen(s), this function becomes unavailable and Game Result cannot be changed.
